When & Where is the Next French Property Exhibition Being Held?

The next exhibition is being held at the Birmingham NEC, on the 11th - 13th September 2020.

The NEC is one of the best served exhibition halls in the UK. It has great road access via the M42, great train access from Birmingham International rail station (served by both local services and Virgin trains). The NEC is also served by a good bus service and is next to Birmingham airport providing good international flight access for visitors and exhibitors alike.

Is There any Car Parking Available?

There are 20,000 car parking spaces on site. Parking tickets can be bought from the car parks and payment can be made by cash or card.

Where Can I Find Accommodation?

A Place in the Sun are working with Event Express to help provide accommodation for the show at preferential rates. Please contact us for more information.

How Can I Find Out More Information About the Venue?

If you would like more information on planning your visit to the French Village please view the NEC planning a visit page. Here they supply more information regarding a number of topics, including:

What Time is it Open?

Doors will be open between 10.00 and 17.00 daily.

Tickets to A Place in the Sun Live at Birmingham NEC are not yet on general release.

What Time are the Property in France Seminars & What are the Topics?

The French Village seminars are yet to be confirmed. Please check this page or the NEC Seminars page closer to the event for more information.

Do I Need to Book for a Seminar?

The French Village will host a number of seminars over the 3-day exhibition. These operate on a first-come, first-served basis and tickets are not available. You are advised to turn up early to guarantee a seat. There are no charges for attending The French Village seminars.

Is There an Exhibitor Manual?

A Place in the Sun will provide each exhibitor with an online exhibitor manual before the show. This will provide exhibitors with a full list of the rules, regulations and procedures in place for the event.
